My name is Lance and I am a native Texan and graduate of Texas State University where I studied English & Communications. After graduating, I took off on a 20-year career as a Flight Attendant with American Airlines where I met my wife, Danielle. We began a worldwide adventure that eventually landed us back in DFW. In 2005, I began inspecting houses and quickly built a reputation as a thorough, personable, and professional Inspector. “ My time flying around the world in a jet full of people really helped me understand the importance of customer service and personal accountability.” I grew my solo operation into a multi-inspector firm, Inspect360, with a simple and clear mission, ‘Home Inspections, Done Right’. “ We focus on guiding our clients through their inspection and making it the least stressful and most educational part of the home buying experience.”

My love for education led me to become a TREC Instructor, MAPS Business Coach, and the 2017 Certified ONE Thing Trainer of the Year. Today, when I’m not training, I spend my free time with my wife and two sons.
